1.Scope

These General Terms (GT) apply to all deliveries from Studio More, represented by More for Living d.o.o., and are intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or professional activity.

2. Contradicting Party 
The purchase contract is concluded with More for Living d.o.o., owned by Mateja Kujundžić, located at Ulica Pavla Šubića 2, registered at the Commercial Court in Zadar SS Šibenik, MPS: 110135019, OIB: 60390828605.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

3.2. By clicking the [Buy/Order with payment] button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person placing an order for purposes unrelated to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with legal provisions.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please refer to our return policy or contact us at mail@moreliving.info. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a notice regarding the exercise of your withdrawal right before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, minus return shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (or, where applicable, the designated recipient) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1. The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. More for Living d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices; see our delivery guidelines for details. Shipping costs will also be displayed in your shopping cart at checkout.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is only available within Croatia.

6.2. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 days. Deviations and exceptions may occur. If your order is delayed, we will contact you via email.

7.Payment

7.1. Payment can be made using the specified payment methods.

8. Retention of Ownership

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty for Material Defects

More for Living d.o.o. is liable for material defects in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

10.Dispute Resolution

The European Commission has established an online dispute resolution platform, which serves as a contact point for out-of-court settlements of disputes concerning contractual obligations from online purchase contracts. Further information is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
